Please note that many games need working 3D/openGL support. See the main manual on how-to setup 3D for your graphics card.
Also note that games can take a lot of diskspace (several Gigabytes) although open source games usually are not as huge as commercial games.
Notice: The Descriptions were taken from Debian's Package Database using the apt-cache show command. The screenshots and hints/notes were all done by the sidux-community.
